We work diligently, with the Client, in the contracting phase, to design, a workshop or meeting process/structure, which will achieve the Client’s vision (or deliverable). Workshop or Meeting Ground Rules are discussed and agreed both at the Client level and additionally at workshop or meeting level. The Ground Rules are key to achieving the objective of the workshop and reflect the need to create a safe, yet creative, collaborative environment, which maximise participation and learning.

 

Some individuals can feel extremely stressed at having to present, contribute or deliver within a Workshop or Meeting environment. Our background and training in stress management and coaching, ensures we design a workshop process, which can significantly reduce the pressure on individuals within the team. We manage group dynamics to ensure that the group works at its own pace. We encourage ownership of solutions, thereby ensuring that internal commitment is achieved, which will provide the momentum, for implementation, back at the workplace. 

 

The Facilitator will guide the group using a process, which embodies the Ground Rules, and actively encourage participation and involvement from all within the group. Experienced Facilitators intuitively understand about group dynamics and create a workshop or meeting environment to foster participation so as to ensure that the group has a sense of collective achievement. Workshops or Meetings are planned so that attendees enjoy the session and feel that they have been listened to, their opinions valued and above all that  they are respected.
