We have undergone the rigorous accreditation requirements, to achieve Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) status, with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). The IAF defines the behaviour, professional requirements and stipulates ongoing development for its CPFs by way of its core competencies.

As well as being highly experienced in Quality/ISO9001/Process Mapping, we are trained and certified in NLP, MBTI, 16PF, Relationship Awareness Theory, Belbin Balanced Team Roles, DeBono 6 Thinking Hats and Pinpoint Facilitation. We have trained with some of the very best organisations  in the world such as Professor Roger Schwarz (author of the Skilled Facilitator Handbook) in Texas, PPI for NLP training in the UK and the Disney Institute in Florida covering organisational loyalty.
